Jobtailor in Munich is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to work closely with our customers, drive targeted account development, and provide technical support for urgent issues. You will deliver digital trainings, collect customer feedback, and contribute to strategic expansion campaigns to help shape our software.

You will engage with customers, translate their needs into actionable steps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial vocational training or a degree.
• Up to 5 years of professional experience.
• Customer-facing experience with problem solving and consulting.
• Ability to delve into technical topics to find solutions.
