SCAILE is hiring a Customer Growth Intern to help our customers get real value and keep coming back. You’ll support onboarding, run check-ins, and monitor early signals that indicate when an account needs attention. This is a 10-week paid internship (1.850 €/month) with the potential to convert into a full-time role.

You’ll work directly with the founders and join a culture of high ownership, leveraging modern AI tooling to build scalable content and drive customer success.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in people-facing roles (service, club, tutoring, or community you ran) is valued.
• Clear communication and genuine desire to help others succeed is essential.
• Be organized, proactive and able to work without being told what to do.
• Curiosity about AI, SaaS and how brands win in AI search.
• Fluency in German and English is required for our customer base.

Aufgaben

• Assist customer onboarding and help new accounts hit their first “wow” quickly.
• Monitor customer health, usage and feedback to spot risks and opportunities early.
• Prepare check-ins, reports and QBRs showing customers their results.
• Support renewals and flag expansion signals with the Customer Growth Lead.
• Collaborate with sales and product to translate feedback into product improvements.
• Keep CRM and CS tooling clean and iterate on what keeps customers happy.

Requirements

• You've already taken care of people somewhere, whatever it was: a service job, a club, tutoring, or a community you ran (that interests us more than your CV)
• You communicate clearly and genuinely enjoy helping others succeed
• You're organized, proactive, and don't wait to be told what to do
• You're curious about AI, SaaS, and how brands win in AI search
• You speak fluent German and English (both are a must for our customer base)
