Zusammenfassung

Jobtailor is seeking a Finance & Billing Specialist to support outage planning and billing for assigned customer portfolios. You will coordinate with Service Account Managers, manage cost tracking for outages, and ensure accurate invoicing and vendor coordination within the OneSteam ERP environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in financial/billing roles, strong ERP knowledge, and excellent communication.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent, or 4+ years in financial/billing roles with relevant experience.
• 3+ years in financial/billing, customer support, operations or forecasting.
• Knowledge of power generation services or industrial manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience with outages, field service requirements and transactional outages.
• Strong quality background and ability to learn ERP systems quickly.
• Familiarity with SAP/Oracle- based field services tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.

Aufgaben

• Own cost classification, billing and collections for the assigned customer portfolio.
• Support Service Account Manager with outage planning, internal service partner POs, and external vendor requisitions.
• Manage Project Controls Analyst or other cost tracking personnel for outages within the customer base.
• Oversee outage demand placement including parts requests, repair scheduling, and labor resourcing.
• Collect vendor time sheets and generate invoices for billing.
• Organize Post Outage Reviews and distribute/collect Customer Feedback Surveys.
• Update GE’s OneSteam ERP system and WBS structure.
• Support SAM in customer communication, outage closeout and relationship deliverables.
• Serve as SME for financial elements of Outage Assistant (OA).

• Own cost classification, billing and collections for assigned customer portfolio
• Be responsible for supporting Service Account Manager (SAM) with outage planning, internal service partner purchase orders (PO's), and external vendor requisitions.
• Manage Project Controls Analyst (PCA) or other cost tracking personnel for outages within assigned customer base.
• Be responsible for outage demand placement including parts requests, repair scheduling, and resourcing labor needs
• Collect time sheets from vendors and suppliers; calculate and generate invoices for billing
• Be responsible for organizing Post Outage Reviews and distribution and collection of Customer Feedback Surveys.
• Update and maintain input in GE’s OneSteam ERP system and WBS structure.
• Support SAM as needed in customer communication, outage closeout and customer relationship deliverables
• Serve as SME for financial elements of Outage Assistant (OA)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a financial/billing, customer support, operations or forecasting position)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial/billing, customer support, operations or forecasting role
• Knowledge & experience within the power generation services, industrial, manufacturing industry
• Domain knowledge of field services requirements and transactional steam turbine, generator, and boiler outages
• Strong quality background
• Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (SAP / Oracle)- Field Services Portal (FSP) and/ or PowerMax/OneSteam
• Proficient in IT systems with ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
• Good financial knowledge and commercial / contractual experience
• Demonstrated communication & organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
