A global insurance company in Berlin is seeking a Customer Care Agent fluent in German and English to provide exceptional service, handle claims processing, and work closely with teams. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in customer care, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be comfortable using Microsoft Office. Full time; 1 post; The duration of work is of eight (8) hours/day, five (5) days per week, forty (40) hours/week. The working hours shall be performed in shifts, as follows: from Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 – 23:00, one hour lunch break, included in the work schedule. The duration of work shall be distributed also during the night, performed between 23:00 – 07:00, named "(the night shift)". The shifts may include night shifts or shifts performed on Saturdays and/or Sundays and/or during public holidays.
