D'Addario Europe, based in Frankfurt, manages sales and marketing across Europe. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Account Manager to oversee key music retail accounts across Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Belgium. But there will be opportunity to work our partners all over Europe.


Tasks

As Customer Account Manager, you will manage and develop business relationships with music retail partners in your region. You will work from our Frankfurt office with regular travel to meet clients and attend international training events. Your role is to grow sales, strengthen partnerships, and apply D'Addario's proven sales methodology.


Key tasks include


  • Managing and developing a portfolio of retail accounts

  • Building strong, long-term customer relationships

  • Developing sales strategies and action plans to meet targets

  • Identifying new business opportunities

  • Providing excellent customer support

  • Representing our brands with professionalism

  • Collaborating with European and global teams

  • Applying D'Addario’s "Best Practice in Sales" standards


Requirements


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management

  • Strong communication and organisational skills

  • Fluent German; solid English (B2 level); Dutch is a plus

  • Analytical, structured, and proactive working style

  • Enthusiasm for sales and customer development

  • Interest or experience in the music industry is an advantage

  • Valid driving license
