Job summary

Dematic is seeking a CS Business Controller (m/w/d) to act as the key partner for the Markets Leaders of the EMEA Customer Service Business Unit. You will support planning, forecasting and financial analysis, translating strategy into plans and driving performance improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in a multinational Controlling function, fluency in German and English, and willingness to travel up to 5%. Hybrid work arrangement in Heusenstamm, Germany is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a controlling/controlling-related role in multinational companies.
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel up to 5% of time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the business planning and forecasting process for the CS unit.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations.
• Perform financial analysis and report to business managers, driving performance improvements.
• Establish and maintain processes to deliver reliable financial data and insights.
