SOCOTEC UK & Ireland is seeking a proactive Cross Divisional Opportunities Coordinator to join the Quality team in Burton-on-Trent. The role offers hybrid/remote working and the flexibility to collaborate across divisions while coordinating complex opportunities.

You will be the first point of contact for multi-service enquiries, consolidate pricing and scope with commercial teams, and support clients through the pre-contract stage, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of outcomes.

• Act as the first point of coordination for complex and multi-service enquiries received across SOCOTEC (web enquiries / emails / portals).
• Review incoming opportunities and identify potential cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across Divisions and Business Units.
• Coordinate multiple Business Units.
• Act as a key point of contact for clients during the pre-contract stage of complex opportunities (until a specific Divisional owners is appointed).
• Work with commercial teams to consolidate pricing, scope, assumptions, and programme information.

Cross Divisional Opportunities Coordinator

Location: Burton-on-Trent. Open to hybrid/remote working.
