Job Opportunity: Croatian‑Speaking Back Office Agent (On‑Site in North West Germany)

Location: North West Germany (near Dortmund and Düsseldorf)

Start Date: As soon as possible

Relocation Support: 2 months accommodation up to 250€ travel reimbursement

Signing Bonus: 3000€ (1500€ after 3 months, 1500€ after 6 months)

We are looking for native or fluent Croatian speakers with a bachelor’s degree to join our team working with new AI technologies. This is not a content moderation role; instead you will work as an AI evaluator creating and reviewing written prompts and conversation flows that help improve advanced speech‑based systems.
