CB Talents SP in Essen is seeking a Croatian AI Prompt Evaluator to join our client’s on-site team. You will help shape future speech and language tech by crafting and refining prompts in Croatian and evaluating content for accuracy and style.

As an AI Prompt Evaluator, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of speech and language technologies by helping improve and fine‑tune AI systems in Croatian.

Responsibilities:

• Research, create, and edit short‑form written prompts while ensuring factual accuracy and adherence to style guidelines for voice and creativity.
• Develop conversation flows to ensure smooth, logical interactions that guide users effectively.
• Contribute to the improvement of our speech system, which may involve working with dialogues on various topics, including controversial subjects.
• Analyse and evaluate short‑form written content for factual correctness and compliance with style guidelines.
• Generate and assess suggested prompts and responses.
