Zusammenfassung

Freenow is seeking an experienced CRM Manager to join our diverse team in Berlin, Barcelona or Hamburg. You will design and execute CRM strategies to activate, engage and retain users across our 9 markets.

You’ll own end-to-end campaign delivery, drive A/B tests, analyse results and collaborate with Marketing, Product and local teams to optimise lifecycle messaging, dashboards and processes. A data-driven mindset, strong project management and excellent English communication will help you build

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years CRM, lifecycle marketing, or customer engagement – ideally regional/global level.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Braze is a strong plus).
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence across teams and markets.
• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• A data-driven mindset, using quantitative and qualitative insights to inform decisions.
• Excellent communication skills in English (other European languages are a plus).

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:
