You will lead end-to-end materials quotation, support contract negotiations, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver innovative service offerings while protecting company interests.

The role requires at least three years of leadership in supply chain or operations within manufacturing, with strong negotiation and analytics skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifikationen

• Support BD negotiations on materials-related topics including cost and operational excellence.

• Design and propose customized supply chain models (VMI, consignment, Kanban, JIT, ship-to-line) addressing customer requirements while safeguarding EMS interests.
• Partner with planning to assess feasibility and risks for new product launches and cross-site transitions across EMS facilities.

• Lead the end-to-end materials quotation process, including timely and accurateresponses to customer Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Requests forInformation (RFIs).
• Support the Business Development team in contract negotiations covering allmaterials-related topics including cost and operational excellence.
• Lead cross-functional teams to develop innovative service offerings thatdifferentiate EMS in the marketplace and strengthen long-term customerpartnerships.
• Design and propose customized supply chain models—such as VMI hubs,consignment stock, Kanban, JIT, or ship-to-line—that address unique customerrequirements while safeguarding EMS's operational and financial interests.
• Partner with the planning team to assess feasibility and identify risks for newproduct launches and cross-site product transitions across EMS manufacturing
  facilities.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Purchasing, or a related field; an MBA or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS/CSCP, CPSM) are considered an advantage.

Experience & Expertise:Minimum of three years of progressive leadership experience in Supply Chain Management, Materials Management, or Operations within a manufacturing or EMS environment. Proven experience in commercial pricing, quotation management, and profit and loss (P&L) responsibility.

Personality & Working Style:Strong strategic and analytical mindset combined with solid business acumen. Experienced in leading cross-functional teams and driving results through excellent negotiation and communication skills. Demonstrated expertise in Supply Chain Management, with a proven track record in margin improvement, supplier management, and project management.

Languages:Fluent in English with strong business communication and negotiation skills.
