SIXT is seeking a Corporate Security Supervisor to lead the security team at our Pullach head office near Munich. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate shifts, and ensure comprehensive security coverage across access control, CCTV, and incident response.

You will collaborate with Facility Management, HR, and Procurement to align security with business needs while supporting events and logistics in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in corporate security, security operations, or a comparable environment.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You manage and supervise the security team, coordinate daily operations, prepare work schedules, and assign duties according to operational requirements
• You take an active part in operational shifts, on-the-ground security activities, events, and special assignments whenever required
• You plan and coordinate security arrangements for company events and ensure that the required personnel, equipment, and logistics are in place
• You monitor and coordinate physical security activities, including access control, CCTV, alarm systems, patrols, incident response, and security reporting
• You collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Facility Management, Events, HR, Procurement, and other departments on security and operational requirements at the headquarters
• You are responsible for security-related logistics and back-office activities, including equipment, documentation, supplies, operational coordination, and administrative tasks

• Experience You have previous experience in corporate security, security operations, or a comparable environment, ideally with supervisory or team-lead responsibility
• Leadership & Communication You demonstrate strong leadership skills, a hands‑on mentality, excellent communication abilities, stakeholder management expertise, and the ability to work effectively with different internal and external partners
• Problem‑Solving You are highly organised, solution‑oriented, and demonstrate strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, particularly in demanding situations
• Technical Skills You are confident working with security systems, operational documentation, reporting tools, and standard computer applications
• Flexibility You demonstrate a high level of flexibility, reliability, ownership, and resilience and are willing to work shifts, evenings, weekends, events, and special assignments when required
• Specialized Experience You have experience in event security, corporate security operations, coordination of external security service providers, and practical knowledge of CCTV, access‑control, alarm, and security management systems
• Business Acumen You have experience working in an international corporate environment with multiple internal stakeholders and demonstrate a strong service mindset, business awareness, and a professional approach when interacting with employees, executives, visitors, and external partners
