Quantum Systems seeks a security professional to shape the company’s security program, focusing on physical security concepts and access-control initiatives. You will coordinate surveillance and risk controls, partnering with internal teams to uphold safety and compliance across facilities.

The role requires a degree in Security/Risk Management with 1–2 years of practical experience, strong communication, integrity and discretion, and a proactive, internal-expert mindset.

What is your Day to Day Mission:

• Development, implementation and continuous improvement of physical security concepts

• Further development of our current access control system and visitor management process.

• Manage access control, intrusion detection and video surveillance platforms

• Coordinate and oversee complex infrastructure security projects

• Coordinate and supervise external security service providers

• Handle and organize security-relevant documents and reporting workflows

• Support the implementation of corporate security processes and guidelines

• Support the Head of Security by taking responsibility for daily operational business

What you bring to the team:

• You have completed a degree in the field of Security Management, Risk Management, or a related discipline (e.g. Meister für Schutz und Sicherheit or bachelor’s in security engineering or security management, Risk Management or Business Continuity Management)

• You already have at least 1–2 years of practical experience in corporate security or risk management

• You are privately interested in security technologies, emergency management, or organizational resilience

• Due to your open, communicative, friendly, and competent attitude, it is easy for you to be considered an internal expert

• Integrity, reliability and discretion are part of your personality

• A background from federal security organization is a plus (police, armed forces, and other security agencies)
