YOUR JOB

What you do

• Independent ownership and steering of diverse company‑wide strategy projects – through to operational implementation – in cooperation with the company’s key stakeholders
• Leading cross‑functional projects with senior stakeholders across different departments to align strategic priorities and ensure successful implementation
• Specifying strategic objectives for the coming year and breaking them down into individual areas
• Responsibility for translating strategy into actionable project plans and aligning teams on timelines, KPIs and delivery milestones
• Carrying out and preparing well‑founded market and competition analyses to identify new growth areas
• Preparation of decision papers for the management based on complex information using qualitative and quantitative methods
• Preparation and realization of workshops with senior management and C‑level

YOUR SKILLS

Who you are

• Approx. 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in consulting, corporate development or a fast‑paced strategic role
• Comfortable working with data to generate insights and shape business decisions
• Strong structuring skills – ability to break down complex problems, prioritize initiatives based on impact and feasibility, and develop pragmatic action plans
• Understanding of and interest in market and competitive trends
• Ability to work in a team and a positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement processes
• Ability to clearly and confidently communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders and C‑level
• Fluent in German and English
