Location: Lingen

We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive professional to join our Corporate Finance team as Corporate Controller (all genders welcome) with focus on Supply Chain.

As a Corporate Controller with a focus on Supply Chain and Procurement, you will act as a key business partner and co-pilot within the Corporate Controlling team. You will support strategic and operational decision-making through insightful analysis and help shape the future of our global Supply Chain and Procurement organization.

Your Responsibilities
  • Act as a co-pilot for the Corporate Supply Chain leadership team by providing financial guidance and analysis.
  • Drive the development and standardization of KPIs, forecasts, and reporting tools to optimize supply chain and procurement processes.
  • Identify areas for improvement from a financial perspective to support strategic and operational decisions.
  • Prepare and evaluate business cases, particularly for investment projects within the Supply Chain domain.
  • Provide ad-hoc analyses and customized reporting across different entities and business areas.
  • Ensure consistency and quality of global reporting and data.
  • Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Finance teams to identify performance improvement opportunities.
  • Support strategic improvement initiatives and provide financial insights to cross-functional project teams.
  • Act as an interface between management, finance, and supply chain functions.
  • Support local controlling departments in budgeting and financial planning.
  • Define analytical requirements and contribute to the design of internal reporting solutions.
What you will bring
  • University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field, ideally with a focus on Controlling.
  • Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally within an international corporate environment and related to supply chain and/or procurement.
  • Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of complex business processes.
  • High level of initiative and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SAP FI/CO/MM, SAP S/4HANA, and Power BI is a plus.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
