Raisin is seeking a Corporate Communications Manager to shape our corporate narrative with a strong focus on Germany. Based in Berlin, you will translate complex fintech and macro developments into compelling stories and serve as the primary media contact, building relations with journalists worldwide.

You will own editorial planning, develop new external formats, manage stakeholder expectations, and coordinate communications with global teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3+ years of relevant professional experience in corporate communications, PR, or journalism.
• Excellent communications skills, written and spoken, in both German and English.
• Strong background in the fintech, finance, or high-growth startup scene.
• Proven ability to build trust and strong relationships with both internal management and external partners.
• Highly analytical with a knack for turning dry data into exciting, newsworthy stories.
• Confident spokesperson with a proactive approach to building press relationships and pitching to the media.
• Hands-on mentality with a strong drive to actively develop and implement new external communication formats from scratch.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of corporate and macroeconomic topics, positioning the company as a thought leader in the industry.
• Analyze internal and external data to craft interesting stories, unique angles, and compelling narratives that capture media attention.
• Create and maintain a full editorial calendar to ensure consistent planning, alignment, and execution.
• Be accountable for projects focused on introducing and developing new external communication formats to engage our target audiences.
• Serve as a dedicated point of contact for the media and build long-lasting relationships.
• Actively build, nurture, and manage relationships with key internal executives and external stakeholders.
• Draft high-quality corporate materials, including press releases, briefing documents, statements, and opinion pieces.
• Coordinate media activities, including briefings and interviews.
• Monitor the financial media landscape and competitive activity to surface PR opportunities and proactively manage potential risks to reputation.
• Ensure that all corporate communications are aligned with our global strategy, collaborating with international teams.

As a Corporate Communications Manager, you will play a central role in shaping our corporate narrative on a global scale with a strong focus on Germany. Coming from a fast-paced fintech, finance, or startup background, you know how to translate complex business and macroeconomic developments into compelling stories. You are a proactive networker who thrives on building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Your Responsibilities

• Corporate & Macro Topics: Take ownership of corporate and macroeconomic topics, positioning the company as a thought leader in the industry.
• Data-Driven Storytelling: Analyze internal and external data to craft interesting stories, unique angles, and compelling narratives that capture media attention.
• Editorial Planning: Create and maintain a full editorial calendar to ensure consistent planning, alignment, and execution.
• Format Innovation: Be accountable for projects focused on introducing and developing new external communication formats (e.g., industry reports, executive positioning, creative campaigns) to engage our target audiences.
• Media Relations: Serve as a dedicated point of contact for the media. You are happy to meet with journalists on a regular basis to pitch stories and build long-lasting relationships.
• Stakeholder Management: Actively build, nurture, and manage relationships with key internal executives and external stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and cohesive messaging.
• Content Creation: Draft high-quality corporate materials, including press releases, briefing documents, statements, and opinion pieces.
• Media Coordination: Coordinate media activities, including briefings and interviews.
• Monitoring & Risk Management: Monitor the financial media landscape and competitive activity to surface PR opportunities and proactively manage potential risks to reputation.
• Global Alignment: Ensure that all corporate communications are aligned with our global strategy, seamlessly collaborating with international teams.

Your Profile

• Familiarity with PR tools and media monitoring platforms.
• Experience handling executive communications or CEO positioning.
• Hands-on experience with video editing tools and visual media production.
