Job summary

PLAZA Hotelgroup sucht eine Küchenkraft (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung in unserer PLAZA INN Heidehof in Hermannsburg. Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich an Ihrer Station, unterstützen bei der Zubereitung warmer und kalter Speisen und sichern HACCP-Standards.

Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit sind gewünscht. Wir bieten flexible Arbeitszeiten, Zuschläge, betriebliche Altersvorsorge und Mitarbeiterrabatte.

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Gastronomie oder vergleichbar.
• Selbstständige Organisation des eigenen Arbeitsbereichs.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschiften (HACCP).

Responsibilities

• Eigenständige Organisation und Leitung des eigenen Stationsbetriebs.
• Mitarbeit bei der Zubereitung von warmen und kalten Speisen.
• Bestellungen, Warenannahme und sachgerechte Lagerung von Lebensmitteln.
