The role requires strong leadership, a university degree, and prior experience in a Big Four firm or a regulated financial institution.

• Lead and optimize the delivery of Compliance-as-a-Service operations
• Oversee regulatory monitoring, gap assessments, and impact analyses
• Develop and execute implementation concepts for new regulatory requirements (e.g., KWG, WpIG, MaComp)
• Collaborate with our advisory and legal teams on cross-functional projects
• Participate in strategic decision-making
