About the Role

We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and data‑driven Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Specialist / A / B Tester to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for analyzing user behavior, running A / B and multivariate tests, and implementing strategies to improve conversion rates across our digital platforms.

Tasks
  • Plan, execute, and analyze A / B and multivariate tests to optimize landing pages, checkout flows, and user experience.
  • Use data and insights to identify growth opportunities and improve website conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to implement and test hypotheses.
  • Monitor user behavior through analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hotjar, GA4, or similar).
  • Continuously refine and prioritize testing roadmaps to drive measurable results.

Create detailed reports on test performance and insights.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of professional experience in conversion rate optimization, A / B testing, and digital experimentation.

SUBMISSION OF PORTFOLIO : We require proof that you have conducted A / B tests in the past. Theoretical knowledge is not sufficient. You must have hands‑on experience with A / B testing in WordPress / WooCommerce and Shopify, including testing different product prices.

  • Hands‑on experience with testing tools.
  • Understanding of UX principles, customer journeys, and e‑commerce funnels.
  • Experience collaborating with designers and developers to implement test variations.
  • Strong attention to detail, data interpretation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Must be available to work in the CET time zone.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
