Caro & Selig in Tegernsee is seeking a Convention & Event Sales Assistant to market our event spaces with enthusiasm and support guests from enquiry through to a successful event.

Join our team to help shape memorable experiences in our venues, collaborating with front office, kitchen and service teams. This role emphasizes client advisory, contract negotiations, and building lasting relationships within the hospitality segment.

• The first point of contact for our event and conference guests – from the initial enquiry through to the successful delivery of the event
• Providing personalised advice to our clients, drawing up bespoke quotations and conducting contract negotiations
• Coordinating all event details in close collaboration with the front office, kitchen and service teams
• Responsible for ensuring everything runs smoothly and that every event is a special experience
• Maintaining an overview of bookings, options and capacities, and optimising the utilisation of our event venues
• Building long-term client relationships and developing new business opportunities
• Responsibility for preparing event invoices and sending out deposit invoices
• Independently handling ‘rooms only’ group enquiries for 10 rooms or more
