Zusammenfassung

ABL-TECHNIC sucht eine erfahrene Fachkraft im Controlling zur Verstärkung des Finanzen-Teams in einer international ausgerichteten Unternehmensgruppe.

Sie übernehmen Verantwortung im monatlichen Reporting, Forecasting und Investitionscontrolling, arbeiten eng mit den Fachabteilungen zusammen und treiben ERP-Weiterentwicklung sowie BI-gestützte Steuerung voran.

Qualifikationen

• Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Controlling-Weiterbildung.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling eines Produktionsunternehmens.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Reporting, Kostenrechnung und Investitionsbewertung.
• Sehr gute SAP-Kenntnisse; LucaNet-Erfahrung ist vorteilhaft.
• SAP-ERP-Umfeld, BI-Tools wie Qlik Sense beherrschen.

Aufgaben

• Verantwortung für monatliches Reporting, Forecasting und Investitionscontrolling an ausgewählten Standorten.
• Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen, Kennzahlenanalysen und Ad-hoc-Auswertungen.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Finanzabteilungen bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen.
• Weiterentwicklung von ERP-Systemen und Schnittstellen (z. B. SAP).
• Aufbau und Wartung des BI-Systems (Qlik Sense) für datengetriebene Steuerung.
• Eigenständige Steuerung definierter Controlling-Prozesse inkl. Best-Practice-Lösungen.
• Mitwirkung an Budgetplanung und bereichsübergreifenden Projekten.
• Schnittstellenfunktion und Sparringspartner für interne Abteilungen und externe Stakeholder.

Your Responsibilities

The ABL-TECHNIC Group is looking for an experienced Senior Controller (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will take on a key position in the Finance department and make a significant contribution to the operational management of our company.

• Responsibility for monthly reporting, forecasting, and investment controlling for selected locations
• Performing target/actual comparisons, key figure analyses, and ad hoc evaluations to support decision-making
• Close cooperation with local finance departments in the context of monthly and annual financial statements
• Further development and optimization of ERP systems and interfaces (e.g., SAP)
• Expansion and maintenance of the BI system (Qlik Sense) for data-driven control
• Independent management of defined controlling processes, including identification and implementation of best practice solutions to increase efficiency
• Participation in budget planning and cross-departmental projects
• Interface function and sparring partner for internal departments and external stakeholders

Your Qualifications

For this demanding position, we are looking for a committed individual with extensive experience in controlling and strong analytical skills.

• Successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable commercial training with further training in controlling
• Several years of professional experience in controlling at a manufacturing company
• In-depth knowledge of reporting, costing, and investment appraisal
• Very good knowledge of ERP systems (preferably SAP)
• Experience with consolidation systems (ideally LucaNet)
• Practical experience with BI tools (preferably Qlik Sense)
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Business fluent German and English; other foreign languages are an advantage
• Analytical thinking, structured and solution-oriented approach to work, and a high degree of reliability
• Willingness to travel to a limited extent
