Job summary

persona service AG & Co. KG is seeking a finance professional to lead the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, collaborate on budget planning with senior management, and drive cost-saving initiatives across the organisation.

You will deliver KPI reports to management and authorities, perform variance analyses, and maintain management accounting data in ERP and MS Office, with a focus on structured, proactive decision support.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Industrial Engineering with a relevant specialization.
• Several years of experience in controlling, financial analysis and budgeting within an industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office.
• German business proficiency (C1/C2) for communication with internal stakeholders.
• Structured, conscientious, goal-oriented work style with initiative.
• Valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
• Collaborate with senior management on annual budget planning and strategic business development.
• Continuously identify cost-saving opportunities and optimise processes.
• Provide management with KPI data and relevant statistical reports for authorities.
• Perform plan-versus-actual comparisons, analyse variances and coordinate corrective actions.
