As Controller, you will own the integrity of Revamp’s financial reporting, lead monthly close with external partners, and help strengthen systems, processes, and data quality to support the company’s next growth stage.

Qualifikationen

• CPA required with 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong FP&A capabilities including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial modeling.
• Experience with ASC 606, ASC 842, project-based accounting, and managing external advisor relationships.

Jobbeschreibung

• As Controller, you will own the integrity of Revamp’s financial reporting and help strengthen systems, processes, and data quality.
• Work closely with the VP of Finance & Operations and outside accounting partners to lead the monthly close, financial reporting, and forecasting.
• Make sound judgment calls with limited oversight and build the finance function for the company's next stage of growth.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review the monthly close prepared by outside accountants, including accruals and estimates, and ensure issues are resolved before reporting.
• Prepare quarterly lender compliance packages, annual valuation packages, and support audits for financial statements and benefit plans.
• Run the annual budget and quarterly reforecast, maintain rolling forecasts, and develop driver-based scenario analysis.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and active CPA required; 10+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Demonstrated FP&A capability including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Experience with ASC 606, ASC 842, project-based accounting, and managing external advisor relationships.
• Participation in Revamp’s Employee Ownership ESOP program and competitive compensation with bonus.
