Job summary

GESTA Gesellschaft für Stahlrohrgerüste mbH, eine Tochter der Teupe Group, ist in der Industrie- Gerüstbau tätig und sucht eine Fachkraft für Controlling und Buchhaltung in Dormagen. Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich an Controlling-Aufgaben, Analysen und Reporting.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören KPI-Analysen, Plan/Ist-Vergleiche sowie die Sicherstellung einer rechtskonformen Zusammenarbeit mit Subunternehmern. Wir bieten eine attraktive Vergütung, modern ausgestattete Arbeitsplätze und Perspektiven.

Qualifications

• Ausbildung in Betriebswirtschaft abgeschlossen; Weiterbildung bevorzugt.
• Erfahrung in Controlling und Buchhaltung vorhanden.
• MS 365 sicher beherrschen; DATEV-Erfahrung vorteilhaft.
• Selbstständig, sorgfältig, zuverlässig arbeiten.
• Teamplayer mit schneller Lernfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft.

Responsibilities

• Durchführung von qualitativem und quantitativem Controlling, inkl. aller zugehörigen Aufgaben.
• Vorbereitung, Plausibilitätsprüfungen und Analysen von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresauswertungen sowie Reports.
• Erstellung und Analyse von KPIs.
• Plan/Ist-Analysen, Abweichungsanalysen.
• Sicherstellung rechtskonformer Zusammenarbeit mit Subunternehmern.
• Unterstützung bei der Subunternehmerauswahl (Prequalification) inkl. Vertrags- und Leistungsvertragsentwürfen.
• Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung von Tochtergesellschaften/Joint Ventures im Subunternehmer-Management.
• Mitwirkung bei Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen, besonders Bewertung von Bauleistungen in Arbeit.
• Pflege und Aktualisierung von Stammdaten in IT-Systemen.

GESTA Gesellschaft für Stahlrohrgerüste mbH is a company of the Teupe Group and is active in industrial scaffolding construction. With our industrial scaffolding, we are constantly on site at various plants in the chemical and processing industries as well as in energy and steel production.

Your mission

• Ensuring qualitative and quantitative controlling, including all related tasks
• Preparation, plausibility checks, and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual evaluations, as well as reporting
• Preparation and analysis of KPIs
• Plan/actual analyses, variance analyses
• Ensuring legally and contractually compliant cooperation with subcontractors
• Supporting the subcontractor selection process (prequalification), including drafting contracts and specifications
• Supporting the management of subsidiaries and joint ventures as part of subcontractor management
• Assisting with the preparation of annual financial statements, particularly regarding the valuation of construction work in progress
• Maintaining and updating master data in IT systems

Your profile

• You have completed vocational training in business administration and further education; a college degree is preferred
• You have experience in the areas of controlling and accounting
• You are proficient in MS 365 and, ideally, have experience with DATEV
• You work independently, conscientiously, and reliably
• You are a team player, a quick learner, and contribute positively with your exceptional dedication
