Job summary

Geruestbau in Köln is seeking a skilled individual to take on technical and commercial responsibility for scaffolding projects in the industrial sector. You will act as the primary contact person for customers while planning and monitoring processes.

The ideal candidate has many years of experience in industrial scaffolding construction, and preferably holds a certified crew leader qualification. This role offers a permanent contract, modern workplace, and various benefits including company pension and 30 days' vacation.

GESTA Gesellschaft für Stahlrohrgerüste mbH is a company of the Teupe Group and is active in industrial scaffolding construction. With our industrial scaffolding, we are constantly on site at various plants in the chemical and processing industries as well as in energy and steel production.

Responsibilities

• Take on the technical and commercial responsibility for scaffolding projects in the industrial sector
• Act as the primary contact person for customers on site
• Ensure the professional execution of all work in your area of responsibility, especially in costing and quotation processing
• Plan, control and monitor all processes and schedule and coordinate your own employees and those of subcontractors
• Set up the construction site, plan the use of materials and equipment, and document construction‑site specific processes
• Instruct commercial staff according to company specifications

Qualifications

• Many years of professional experience in industrial scaffolding construction, preferably in the steelworks sector
• Ideally certified scaffolding crew leader (m/f/d) or master scaffolder (m/f/d)
• Independent, conscientious and reliable work style
• Willingness to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Team player with a class B driving licence
• Experience in using MS Office
