Job summary

Mercor is seeking an Engineering Simulation Specialist to develop simulations and specification sheets for AI models, in a fully remote contract role. You will define simulations, establish pass/fail thresholds, and craft prompts for evaluating model behavior, collaborating with AI research teams to ensure engineering standards are met.

The ideal candidate holds a PhD or equivalent track record, deep expertise in control systems or related fields, and is proficient in Python for writing

• Proficient in writing simulations in Python.

Compensation: $60-$90/hour
