You ensure that agreements regarding our return and repair processes are set out in contracts and SLAs. In doing so, you help to ensure that our customers can return or have repaired the products they have purchased from us quickly and easily.

  • Negotiating & optimizing: You negotiate with external suppliers and internal departments to reach crucial agreements on returns and repair processes in Germany.
  • Building strategic partnerships: You maintain close contact with suppliers and internal stakeholders and are the central point of contact for all contractual return processes.
  • Making data-driven decisions: You analyze returns and repair reports, evaluate financial key figures, and derive measures for optimization.
  • Improving processes: You develop new solutions and new returns processes that are efficient and customer-friendly. In doing so, you never lose sight of the balance between high customer satisfaction and low costs.
  • Understanding operational processes: You understand how processes are reflected in the data and use these insights to create well-founded business cases for process improvements.
You recognize yourself in the following
  • You speak and write fluent German (C2 level) and English.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a role involving intensive collaboration with external business partners and internal stakeholders (e.g., in contract management, project management, or account management).
  • You are a professional conversation partner on equal footing—from account managers to senior management.
  • You have a good understanding of operational processes and can make data-driven decisions. Experience with financial metrics such as service fees or cost analyses is an advantage.
  • You work independently, are a creative problem solver, and think strategically.
  • You are a true networker and proactively approach partners, ask questions, and present compelling solutions.
