Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Frankfurt is seeking an experienced professional to lead FIDIC contract management on large-scale construction projects, with a strong emphasis on Red, Yellow and Silver Book implementations. You will liaise with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance and optimal project outcomes.

The role requires extensive project management experience, deep knowledge of FIDIC guidelines, and a proven ability to resolve complex contract issues within data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in project management on large-scale construction projects with a focus on FIDIC.
• Proven expertise in administration and management of FIDIC contracts (Red, Yellow and Silver Books).
• Solid understanding of data center infrastructure design and construction methodologies.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice on FIDIC contracts to project teams and stakeholders.
• Review contract documents to ensure compliance with FIDIC requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop execution plans aligned with FIDIC guidelines.
• Participate in tendering and procurement to align terms with FIDIC standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and compliance.
• Assess variations, claims and disputes with recommended resolutions per FIDIC procedures.
• Review schedules and milestones for alignment with contractual obligations.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and negotiations related to FIDIC contract administration.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of FIDIC activities and changes.
• Provide technical support addressing project challenges and issues.
• Stay updated with latest FIDIC standards and industry best practices.

• Provide expert advice on FIDIC contracts and guidelines to project teams, clients, and stakeholders.
• Review and analyze contract documents, specifications, and drawings to identify compliance with FIDIC requirements.
• Collaborate with the project team to develop project execution plans and strategies aligned with FIDIC guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience inProject Managementon large-scale construction projects, with a strong focus onFIDIC contracts and guidelines.
• Proven expertise in theadministration and management of FIDIC contracts, including hands-on experience with theRed Book, Yellow Book, and Silver Book.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing FIDIC contracts throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Solid understanding ofdata center infrastructure, including design principles and construction methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with effectivenegotiation skills.
• Ability to interpret and apply contractual terms in alignment with FIDIC standards.
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency inproject management tools and software.
• Relevantcertificationsin FIDIC contract management and project management are advantageous.
