Contract Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a qualified and dedicated Contract Manager for Lahmeyer International GmbH in Bad Vilbel, Germany or at project offices worldwide.

What you can achieve with us

• Responsible for the preparation and compilation of tender documents for hydropower and dam projects, based on the FIDIC suite and lead related contract negotiations.
• Support and manage interdisciplinary teams at site in all contractual aspects (contract management, variation orders or disputes) as Owner’s engineer.
• Project management in the planning of hydropower plants and control of interdisciplinary engineering teams.
• Check and analyse construction schedules and cost claims to their legitimation.
• Participate in the preparation of technical offers for engineering services, support in contract negotiations.
• Occasional travel within the framework of projects and tenders.

What convinces us

• Experience with FIDIC contracts.
• Initial experience in the field of BIM would be desirable.
• Project experience in international and German-speaking countries.
