You ensure that agreements regarding our return and repair processes are set out in contracts and SLAs. In doing so, you help to ensure that our customers can return or have repaired the products they have purchased from us quickly and easily.

Are you a negotiation pro and want to optimize Coolblue's returns and repair processes in Germany? As a Contract Manager (m/f/d), you will work with leading suppliers to secure the best agreements for our customers. You will ensure smooth processes with maximum customer satisfaction and optimal costs.
What you will do
- Negotiate with external suppliers and internal departments to reach crucial agreements on returns and repair processes in Germany.
- Maintain close contact with suppliers and internal stakeholders and serve as the central point of contact for all contractual return processes.
- Analyze returns and repair reports, evaluate financial key figures, and derive measures for optimization.
- Develop new solutions and return processes that are efficient and customer-friendly, balancing satisfaction and costs.
- Understand operational processes, use data to create solid business cases for process improvements.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German (C2) and English.
- At least 3 years experience in a role involving extensive collaboration with external business partners and internal stakeholders (e.g., contract management, project management, account management).
- Professional communication skills at all levels.
- Understanding of operational processes and ability to make data-driven decisions; finance metric experience advantageous.
- Independent, creative problem solver with strategic thinking.
- Proactive networker who presents compelling solutions.
