Responsibilities
- Negotiating & optimizing: You negotiate with external suppliers and internal departments to reach crucial agreements on returns and repair processes in Germany.
- Building strategic partnerships: You maintain close contact with suppliers and internal stakeholders and are the central point of contact for all contractual return processes.
- Making data-driven decisions: You analyze returns and repair reports, evaluate financial key figures, and derive measures for optimization.
- Improving processes: You develop new solutions and new returns processes that are efficient and customer-friendly. In doing so, you balance high customer satisfaction with low costs.
- Understanding operational processes: You understand how processes are reflected in the data and use these insights to create well-founded business cases for process improvements.
Qualifications
- You speak and write fluent German (C2 level) and English.
- At least 3 years of experience in a role involving intensive collaboration with external business partners and internal stakeholders (e.g., in contract management, project management, or account management).
- You are a professional conversation partner on equal footing—from account managers to senior management.
- You have a good understanding of operational processes and can make data-driven decisions. Experience with financial metrics such as service fees or cost analyses is an advantage.
- You work independently, are a creative problem solver, and think strategically.
- You are a true networker and proactively approach partners, ask questions, and present compelling solutions.
