Jobbeschreibung

We are working with a global manufacturing organisation who are looking for a lean driven continuous improvement lead for one of their key manufacturing sites.

This role is a hands on position, part of the site leadership structure and working very closely with Operations leadership teams across production, maintenance and engineering.

We are looking for a demonstrated change leader who understands the tangible benefits of lean implementation and can influence a well-established work force to introduce new ideas and embrace new ways of working.

This role would suit someone who comes from a production background with a strong interest in Continuous Improvement- we need someone with hands on operations experience rather than a strategic consultant, who understands the day to day challenges in production and the impact of new working models.

What is needed:

• Fluent German and English
• Demonstrated experience of delivering results through operational excellence strategies
• Hands on production site experience in FMCG environment
• Excellent influencing skills
• Strong working knowledge of Lean/IWS methodologies

This role is a site based position with no option for remote working and we do require someone with existing right to work in the EU.
