In this role you’ll drive our global content and communication strategy, creating innovative campaigns that set new standards in B2B marketing. You’ll design and execute multichannel campaigns to bring our products and solutions to life for ophthalmologists worldwide. Collaborating with internal departments as well as with agencies, you’ll craft compelling stories that inspire our audiences and elevate the ZEISS brand.

Your Role
  • Develop B2B communication concepts in close collaboration with Strategic Marketing and other internal stakeholders
  • Design and manage the development of global multichannel campaigns – with a focus on digital channels – based on customer insights for the target group of ophthalmologists
  • Brief and supervise external partners, negotiate competitive project bids and manage budget and timelines in close coordination with internal departments
  • Define communication objectives and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to measure the success of campaigns and marketing activities
  • Based on KPI analysis, you prepare and present internal reports and derive the necessary measures to optimize performance
  • Create global communication materials such as websites, videos, presentations in collaboration with agencies and internal departments
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Strategic Marketing, Product Management, Professional Education, and the Brand Guideline Team
  • Manage the approval process for global marketing materials
Your Profile
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least several years of relevant professional experience in marketing, ideally within an international environment
  • Experience working in a highly regulated industry, such as medical technology
  • Proficiency in using marketing KPI analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Power BI, or Mixpanel
  • Proven experience in developing comprehensive communication strategies tailored to customer needs, preferably in a digital context (SEO, SEA, social media, website)
  • Experience leveraging AI and GenAI tools to enhance content creation, streamline workflows, and boost marketing efficiency
  • Results-driven working style with strong project management skills and experience managing complex projects
  • Analytical structured mindset with strong problem-solving abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to communicate and work effectively across different cultures
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, ideally experienced with Adobe Creative Cloude, Canva, or similar design tools
  • Very good of English, both written and spoken; German language skills is an advantage
