Die Position umfasst die Konzeption und Umsetzung von Inhalten auf verschiedenen Plattformen sowie die Anleitung von Junior-Kollegen. Anforderungen sind mindestens 3-4 Jahre Berufserfahrung, Kenntnisse in Adobe Creative Suite und fließende Deutschkenntnisse. Jobbeschreibung

You have at least 3 to 4 years of professional experience in the conception and implementation of social media content for brands and companies on all currently relevant platforms, either as a social media manager:in a company or as a creative in a social media or digital agency

You always know what's trending in culture and social media, preferably because you are active on TikTok & Insta yourself

You have expertise in content planning, so you think not only in terms of social media campaigns, but also in terms of continuous always-on communication. This is demonstrated by the feeds of the brands you manage, which are part of your portfolio

You are strong in ideas and presentation

You have a strong visual understanding of content, but are also able to write the right caption yourself

You are proficient in the common graphics programmes of the Adobe Creative Suite, including video editing with Premiere or motion design with After Effects

You are experienced in the preparation, support and implementation of individual video shoots as well as content days

You also film yourself and edit directly on your smartphone with CapCut

Additional plus: You also feel comfortable in front of the camera when it comes to implementing posting ideas, e.g. for TikTok, directly with your team. for TikTok directly with your team

Your standards for ideas and implementation are high, but you also ensure that content is created with the necessary speed

You have experience in working with influencers and managing creators and prepare briefings for them in a structured and clearly formulated way

You have a good knowledge of social media metrics

As a mentor, you are happy to pass on your knowledge and experience to younger colleagues: You like to pass on your knowledge and experience to younger colleagues as a mentor

You help to professionally guide the juniors in the team in their tasks and delegate tasks, but are still happy to be actively involved in the regular conception and creation of content

You are fluent in written and spoken German, but can also express yourself very well in English

You are a team player, open to discussion, flexible and committed

You have a sense of humour and enjoy your work
