We’re now on the hunt for a Conversion Strategist to join Team Sophie. In this role, you’ll connect the dots between design, data, and advertising performance - making sure every creative asset not only looks great, but also delivers measurable impact.

What you’ll do:
  • Coordinate with our design team to produce conversion-focused creative assets for Amazon brands.
  • Manage scheduling of creatives and campaigns across multiple brands.
  • Track performance of creatives and assets using data-driven metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the PPC team to align creative strategy with ad performance.
  • Use data insights to guide and optimize creative decisions for stronger conversion rates.
  • Maintain high standards for creative quality, consistency, and professionalism.
What we’re looking for:
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
  • Comfortable analyzing performance data to make informed decisions.
  • A good eye for design and a strong sense of branding.
  • Professional, optimistic, and proactive communicator.
  • Experience in content coordination, digital marketing, or account management.
  • Experience working with graphic designers, videographers, and writing briefs.

  • Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Prior experience with Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and workflows.
  • Previous experience in account management or client-facing roles.
