In this role, you will leverage your expertise in AI, cloud-native infrastructure, and enterprise systems to guide clients from current technical states to impactful, strategic solutions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, bridging technical vision and business outcomes, while collaborating closely with sales, product, and engineering teams. Your contributions will influence solution designs, client satisfaction, and long-term business growth. This role combines hands‑on technical leadership, presales consultation, and strategic account engagement in a dynamic, globally distributed environment. You will have the opportunity to shape complex AI/ML and cloud‑native initiatives and foster cross‑functional collaboration to maximize client value.
Accountabilities
- Act as a client advocate, building strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
- Translate client business objectives into actionable technology solutions and long-term strategic plans.
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor during the sales lifecycle, driving qualified engagements to technical wins.
- Design and develop solution demos, prototypes, reference architectures, and use cases tailored to client challenges.
- Collaborate internally with Product, Services, Support, and Marketing teams to ensure unified customer experiences.
- Identify key accounts or partners with growth potential, leading engagement and defining paths to business outcomes.
- Stay current with relevant technologies (AI/ML, Kubernetes, cloud-native infrastructure) and share knowledge internally and externally.
Requirements
- 5+ years of client-facing experience as a consultant, architect, sales engineer, or similar role.
- Strong experience engaging with senior IT and engineering leadership, including CIO/CTO offices.
- Hands‑on proficiency with Linux, OpenStack, VMware, Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.
- Demonstrated thought leadership through client interactions, presentations, and industry events.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, software development practices, application architecture, DevOps philosophies, and automation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including public speaking and technical demonstrations.
- Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed team and travel up to 50%.
- Preferred: understanding of industry trends, regulatory impacts, and competitive solutions.
