A leading financial services company in Frankfurt is seeking a Consultant for its Transformation & Change Management team. The role involves managing strategic transformation initiatives, coordinating multiple workstreams, and preparing executive-level materials. Ideal candidates should have over 5 years of experience in management consulting and possess strong analytical and communication skills. A degree in Business or IT is required, and fluency in English is essential with German being a plus.
The Transformation & Change Management team is part of the CTO area and provides strategic advisory and program delivery support for Group-wide technology transformations. We partner with senior leadership to drive complex change, design future-ready operating models, and enable the organization to deliver on its strategic technology vision. We are a modern, forward-thinking team and are looking for a Consultant with a project management mindset-someone who combines strong execution skills with analytical thinking, stakeholder engagement, and a passion for driving transformation across teams and technologies.
