A leading consultancy firm is seeking a Consultant - Sales + GTM to drive growth for clients across various industries. This role involves developing tailored strategies, implementing solutions, and working closely with C-level executives. Candidates should have over 3 years of relevant experience, fluency in German and English, and a strong analytical mindset. You’ll be joining a 15-person team focused on scaling & executing Sales, Growth & GTM strategies across a wide range of industries and stages of company maturity. In this role, you’ll lead high-impact commercial projects and take responsibility for shaping and executing strategies that make a measurable difference. Whether it\'s launching GTM motions, transforming sales organizations, or building high-performing teams - you’ll be at the core of driving growth in some of Europe’s fastest-growing companies.
