Roche Diagnostics GmbH is seeking a Consultant for Laboratory Design & Architecture (m/f/d), temporary for 2 years, to join the Global Roche Consulting team in Mannheim. You will lead stakeholder workshops, develop 2D/3D lab layouts with Revit, and embed LEAN and sustainability across projects while coordinating with international affiliates.

The Position

You will join the collaborative Global Roche Consulting team—specifically the Operational Excellence Consulting sub-chapter (DSGRO). We partner with our sales organizations worldwide to standardize processes and tools and drive innovation. Our Commercial Lab Design unit bridges the gap between sales and the global organization, ensuring tailored tool and process solutions as well as concrete planning. You can look forward to a strong "OneRoche" mindset, where we value one another and work together to create excellent solutions.
