RxREVU, Inc. seeks a Supervisor Construction Management - Process System to oversee on-site activities for high-tech EPC projects in the Munich area.

You will manage subcontractors, ensure compliant installation of electrical systems, and coordinate with site management to drive project execution. You will travel within the D-A-CH region, stay on site for multi-day blocks, and leverage your strong German and English communication skills to liaise with partners and stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Must have completed apprenticeship in construction engineering or an engineering degree in electrical/building services or comparable discipline.
• Very good written and spoken German language skills for project partners.
• Excellent English language skills.

Aufgaben

• Manage construction supervision of high-tech industrial projects with focus on electrical systems.
• Oversee installation and integration of electrical systems including medium/low voltage, power distribution and control tech.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and monitor site activities.
• Review and approve technical documents (cable plans, circuit diagrams, test reports).
• Document construction progress and report to site management.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
• Participate in site inspections and coordination meetings.
• Record and track defects.
• Take measurements and verify subcontractor submissions.

As a Supervisor Construction Management - Process System (m/f/d), you are on the construction sites overseeing our subcontractors as well as managing the execution of complex EPC projects or subprojects for plants and factories.

Explore your tasks and responsibilities

• Construction management of high-tech industrial projects with a focus on electrical engineering
• Ensuring standard-compliant installation and integration of electrical systems, including medium and low-voltage systems, power distribution and control technology
• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors as well as an overall view of what is happening on site at the construction site
• Checking and approving technical documents such as cable plans, circuit diagrams and test reports
• Documenting construction progress and reporting to site management
• Ensuring compliance with EHS regulations
• Participation in site inspections, acceptance and coordination meetings
• Recording and tracking defects
• Taking measurements and checking the documents submitted by subcontractors

Show your expertise

• Completed apprenticeship construction engineering (e.g. master craftsman/technician (m/f/d)) or engineering degree in the field of electrical engineering, building services engineering or a comparable discipline
• First professional experience in construction supervision or execution of electrical engineering projects
• Knowledge of building laws, local regulations and standards is an advantage
• Willingness to travel within the D-A-CH region and to stay at the project site for 5 days at a time
• Strong intercultural skills, team spirit and an independent way of working
• Very good written and spoken German language skills for smooth communication with some of the project partners
• Very good knowledge of English
• German driving license class B
