The role focuses on technical oversight of piping installation, BIM/VDC reviews, and close collaboration with engineering teams to drive safety, quality and schedule in a regulated environment.

Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary piping systems SME, providing technical oversight, constructability leadership, and execution support.
• Support facilities, buildings, utilities, pipe racks, and related infrastructure across process and utility piping.
• Review piping specs, P&IDs, drawings, materials, vendor packages, testing, and installation standards to identify risks.
• Participate in BIM/VDC and 3D model reviews to evaluate routing, access, clashes, and constructability.
• Review interiors, exterior pipe racks, building interfaces, supports, and maintainability requirements.

Construction Manager – Frankfurt, Germany – Initial 6-Month Contract – Life Sciences

Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Frankfurt, a multi-billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Construction Manager to support this project and help deliver this world‑class program.

What you’ll deliver:

• Act as the primary construction subject matter expert for all piping and process piping systems, providing technical oversight, constructability leadership, and execution support across the project.
• Support all facilities, buildings, utility areas, pipe racks, underground utilities, and interconnecting infrastructure, covering both process and utility piping systems.
• Review piping specifications, P&IDs, drawings, material selections, vendor packages, testing requirements, and installation standards to identify risks and resolve issues before construction.
• Participate in BIM/VDC and 3D model reviews to evaluate routing, access, maintenance clearances, clashes, installation sequencing, modularization opportunities, and overall constructability.
• Review interior and exterior pipe racks, utility corridors, building interfaces, supports, stress considerations, expansion requirements, and maintainability requirements.

What you’ll need:

• Strong Construction management experience within large scale CAPEX programs within a regulated process related industry.
• Pharmaceutical / Bio experience highly desirable.
• Previous experience of delivering piping package scopes as part of wider construction projects.
• CAPEX project experience
• Deep technical knowledge of piping installation.
