Teupe Gerüstbau AG in Heilbronn sucht einen Bau- und Projektmanager (m/f/d). Sie übernehmen eigenverantwortlich projektnahe kaufmännische Arbeiten, unterstützen das Baumanagement und sorgen für eine reibungslose Abwicklung vor Ort.

Qualifikationen

• Kaufmännische Ausbildung abgeschlossen
• Erste Erfahrungen in den genannten Aufgaben
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
• Selbstständig, eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert arbeiten
• Zuverlässig und teamorientiert

Aufgaben

• Projektbezogene kaufmännische Arbeiten eigenverantwortlich durchführen
• Unterstützung des Bau- und Projektmanagements
• Verantwortlich für Bauvorhabenkoordination und Abwicklung mit Subunternehmern
• Erstellung von Rahmenverträgen, Baustellenverträgen sowie Kalkulations- und Abrechnungsunterlagen
• Ansprechpartner für wirtschaftliche Abwicklung mit Kunden, Behörden, Lieferanten und Subunternehmern

Construction and project manager (m/f/d).

Your mission

• You carry out project-related commercial work independently and on your own responsibility
• You support the construction and project managementYou are responsible for construction site coordination and order processing with subcontractors
• You draw up framework agreements and construction site contracts as well as calculation and invoicing documents
• You are the contact person for commercial processing with clients, authorities, customers, suppliers and subcontractors

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeshipYou have already gained initial experience in the above-mentioned tasks
• You are confident in using the MS Office package
• You work independently, autonomously and in a structured manner
• You are reliable and a team player
