Heraeus Electronics is seeking a seasoned Compliance leader to translate global strategy into a practical framework across the organization in Germany. You will partner with senior leadership to ensure governance, ethics, and business integrity across functions.

You will lead the design and execution of compliance policies, risk assessments, training, due diligence, investigations and reporting, monitor regulatory developments, and drive continuous improvement through KPIs and robust reporting.

• You foster a strong culture of compliance, ethical leadership, and speak-up behavior.
• Furthermore, you lead compliance policies, risk assessments, training, due diligence, investigations, and reporting.
• You monitor regulatory developments and ensure effective implementation.
• Moreover, you lead and develop the compliance organization and compliance network.
• Finally, you establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms and drive continuous improvement.
