Exyte is seeking a passionate Expert Compliance (m/f/d) to join our Corporate Compliance Team at the global headquarters in Stuttgart, Germany. You will advance our Compliance Management System, lead initiatives in anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, and human rights, and support internal stakeholders with practical guidance.

You will monitor regulatory developments, roll out digital compliance tools across regions, and drive training campaigns while strengthening our Speak-Up

Qualifikationen

• Degree in (Business) Law, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in compliance, governance, legal, audit, or related field, ideally international.
• Solid understanding of core compliance topics and motivation to deepen expertise.
• Confident in using MS Office applications and affinity for digital tools and data-driven ways of working.
• Strong organizational skills with sound judgment, attention to detail, and a structured, process-oriented approach.
• Fluent in German and English.

Aufgaben

• Enhance the Compliance Management System and own key Compliance areas (anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, and human rights).
• Monitor regulatory developments and emerging compliance trends; translate them into actionable measures.
• Develop and coordinate rollout of Compliance initiatives, including digital tools, across business regions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to support internal stakeholders on day-to-day compliance matters and provide hands-on guidance for complex situations.
• Create Compliance campaigns and interactive trainings; deliver trainings yourself.
• Advance Exyte's Speak-Up Program: manage internal investigations and strengthen case management practices.

• Leverage your legal and compliance expertise to continuously enhance our Compliance Management System and take ownership of key Compliance areas, such as anti-bribery, conflicts of interest, confidentiality, and human rights.
• Monitor regulatory developments and emerging compliance trends, assess their practical impact on our business and translate them into clear actionable measures.
• Develop and coordinate the roll‑out of Compliance initiatives, including digital tools, across our business regions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to support internal stakeholders on day‑to‑day compliance matters and provide clear and hands‑on guidance for complex situations.
• Create impactful Compliance campaigns as well as interactive online and in‑class training formats and deliver trainings yourself.
• Advance Exyte's Speak‑Up Program: Manage internal investigations, strengthen case management practices and stakeholder engagement across the organization.

Show Your Expertise

• You have a degree in (Business) Law, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
• You have gained at least 3 years of relevant professional experience in compliance, governance, legal, audit, or a related field, ideally in an international environment.
• You have a sound understanding of core compliance topics and are motivated to deepen your expertise while taking ownership of defined subject areas.
• You are confident in using MS Office applications and have an affinity for digital tools and data‑driven ways of working.
• You combine strong organizational skills with sound judgment, attention to detail, and a structured, process‑oriented approach.
• You communicate confidently with different stakeholder groups and are fluent in German and English.
