ALX Africa is seeking a Community Program Specialist to embed community across the talent journey, from recruitment through alumni engagement. You’ll own ALX's virtual presence, including eHub and newsletters, and work with Marketing, Learning, and Alumni teams to deliver a consistent member-driven experience.
You will design and implement strategies for community integration, manage day-to-day online engagement, and produce regular communications that inform and connect learners and graduates
