INNOCEAN Europe seeks a Community Manager to join our Frankfurt team. You’ll be at the center of audience conversations, helping brands engage authentically with communities while building meaningful relationships across European markets.

The role emphasizes managing conversations, coordinating with internal teams, and supporting live activations with flexible shifts. Excellent English and empathy are essential for handling sensitive topics.

Qualifications

• Experience in community management, social media, editorial environments or digital customer service.
• Excellent written English with the ability to adapt tone and messaging to different audiences.
• Empathy, strong judgement and confidence handling sensitive or high-profile conversations.
• Sound understanding of online communities, social platforms and audience engagement best practices.
• Experience with moderation, monitoring or social listening tools.
• A detail-oriented and structured way of working.

Responsabilités

• Manage comments, direct messages and mentions, ensuring timely and brand-appropriate responses.
• Moderate conversations according to established guidelines and identify topics requiring escalation or additional support.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent communication and proper handling of service-related or sensitive issues.
• Proactively engage in relevant conversations and identify community content opportunities while managing permissions processes.
• Monitor sentiment, trends and recurring topics, sharing actionable insights with social media and creative teams.
• Maintain FAQs and response guidelines while contributing to reporting and market coordination activities.
• Support live activations and planned coverage, including occasional pre-agreed evening or weekend shifts.
