Devonport Royal Dockyard in the UK is seeking a Commercial Manager to provide governance for tenders, contract reviews and change control on major infrastructure programmes. You will negotiate NEC4 terms to secure strong commercial outcomes and manage contract scope.

This full-time role offers hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days from home) and requires experience in large construction contracts, with SC clearance ability.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing large, complex construction contracts.
• Proven NEC4 ECC/PSC/ECSC knowledge.
• Experience leading bid evaluations and contract awards.
• SC security clearance ability or eligibility.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder relationship skills.
