Essity Munich is seeking a Commercial Insights Analyst (d/f/m) in Advanced Analytics to develop and deploy statistical and predictive models, support business decisions, and build analytics solutions using Databricks, Python, SQL, and BI tools.
You will create Power BI dashboards, translate business problems into analytical projects, and collaborate across functions in a role requiring 2–3 years of analytics experience and a relevant degree.

For our Pricing and Commercial Analytics department, we are seeking an Analyst with experience in advanced analytics to support our team in understanding business challenges and applying analytical solutions. The role will primarily focus on developing and deploying statistical and predictive models to support business decision-making. Experience with Databricks, Machine Learning, and AI is highly desirable.
Apply statistical techniques and Machine Learning models to solve business problems
Analyze large datasets using Python and SQL
Work with Databricks for data engineering and advanced analytics workloads
Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions
Support the development and deployment of analytical and AI tools to enhance data capabilities
Create automation solutions using PowerShell, PowerApps, and/or VBA

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Advanced Analytics, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related discipline)
Strong knowledge of advanced modeling techniques, programming languages, and tools (e.g., Databricks, Python, Spark, and Machine Learning/AI models)
Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI and Tableau), SAP, CRM systems, and SQL
Good communications skills and experience in translating business problems into analytical solutions
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while collaborating effectively in a cross-functional environment
