You will partner with revenue teams across the region, draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements, and help shape templates and processes while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Qualifikationen

• Admitted to the bar and in good standing in Israel, the UK, or at least one country in Europe.
• 4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company.
• Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume and broad range of contracts.
• Strong communication skills in English AND either French or German, both written and verbal.

• Be a legal business partner to Wiz's revenue teams in EMEA, summarizing and communicating legal concepts and risks in a way that is meaningful to business teams.
• Take ownership of the drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing a wide range of legal agreements. Advise your fellow Wizards on contract interpretation and negotiation to accelerate contract velocity.
• Seek to understand the context of the positions of Wiz's customers and the requests from Wiz's internal clients, and strive to solve problems and address issues from their perspective.
• Triage a heavy workflow, setting appropriate priorities with internal clients and delivering results efficiently.
• Support the continuous improvement of agreement templates and legal processes.
• Manage agreements that comply with company policies and risk tolerance.

• Admitted to the bar and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law in Israel, the UK, or at least one country in Europe with a demonstrated record of success as a lawyer.
• 4+ years of in-house legal experience in a software/technology company.
• Ability to structure, draft, and negotiate a high volume and broad range of contracts, including SaaS contracts, professional services agreements, partner agreements, and NDAs.
• Strong communication skills in English AND either French or German, both written and verbal.

Preferred qualifications

• Deep knowledge of data privacy and hands-on experience in handling and dealing with data privacy-related questions when negotiating Data Processing Agreements (DPAs).
• Strong "business-friendly" style that comes with an understanding that the legal team's primary purpose is to support the growth and success of the business.
• Experience with Salesforce, Slack, DocuSign, and contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems.
• Ability to work independently as well as a highly collaborative member of a team.

You will need to provide outstanding legal service, coordinate and work closely with other teams to close contracts, pay close attention to detail, and bring sound and balanced legal and business judgment, together with constructive people skills, to everything you do.
