• Commercial support and administrative assistance in internal fleet management
• Reviewing, coding, and posting incoming invoices
• Preparing cost comparisons (target vs. actual) and managing internal and external cost allocations
• Monitoring and enforcing the company’s personnel vehicle policy
• Coordinating and processing vehicle damage claims
• Preparing and completing the monthly cost center closing
• Calculating and analyzing vehicle fleet profitability
• Supporting project-related tasks within HR and administration
• Completed commercial training (e.g. Industrial Clerk, Office Clerk, or comparable qualification)
• Initial professional experience in a similar role – ideally in fleet management or HR administration
• Confident handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and very good command of German
• Independent, well-organized, and responsible working style
• Strong service orientation, communication skills, and a collaborative mindset
